Just sent episode 5 script up for revisions ^-^ It took a while and I apoligize for that.
But episode 6 is being worked on now as well so the process between episode 5 and 6 should be shorter.
Finally determined exactly what is to change in the story. The approach at first didn´t make sense and I felt it didn't connect that well. I also had huge doubts about the topic I was going for in the story but as it just occured in my family I'm now dropping it completely.
What changes?
* Deon's behavior. He will be less evil, but more manipulative also towards others.
His goal also changed.
* Ryan's and Lisa's response towards Raina.
* The people around Raina change some actions.
* The ending changes completely. It will be less 'happy' than I first had in mind.
* Less horror, more psychological. It's quite hard to demonstrate horror in an audioplay xD
* Raina will be slightly stronger as the situations changed.
Yeah, something like that. The idea is there, but now I still have to write it in the scripts which is a challenge. I now have to determine what to keep from the original story and what to change. If I change one little detail it will have impact on the rest of the story.
So yeah, I'm still working on it people! Just a little slow also due to personal things that happen around me.
In April I will be back in Canada, so it's uncertain how much time I'll have when I start my internship.
Decided to delay the album project. I still have lots of theory to read and only a week to finish a full album.
My teacher wants to see all results on saturday already, so this project will be postponed till September.
Next to that I still have to work on the Stranger and DMC but because Canada is coming so close I simply focus a lot more on that than all my projects.(mixing, singing ,voice acting)
Kind of on an automatic pilot. I do my stuff, but don;t pour in the energy I normally use.
Well, I do hope to get the next script out for the Stranger in February, but can't say for certain.
DMC's last episode will be up before February.
I'm stuck at the script of episode 5. I'm not digging my story anymore as it's not as strong as the start.
Things randomly happen and it doesn't connect with the new ending I had in mind. Also my teacher raised questions at the end of my story.
Moments will stay the same, only Deon's motives will change and so the story will be rewritten starting from episode 5.
Episode 4 is halfway done! And I'm very happy with how it turned out so far.
The end shouldn't take so long to mix, only still have to compose a song probably and record some sound effects.
Aiming to have this one done on new years day! I have nearly all lines, only need one extra line at the end. Most songs are ready, so only thing I have to do is mixing.
Hopefully Sony vegas is nice to me and doesn't screw up, but I learnt to make more renders just in case.
So I hope I will have it done in two days, if not.. it will at least be up this week!

Well, news is: Episode 3 is out for a while now and episode 4 is on its way. Episode 4 deadline is set in december so I hope to finish the episode then as well.

Devil may cry is going well. We're at mission 19. I still have to mix the final part and then we're nearly done.
Other news:
Working hard on my school project. We are in charge of the audio, so I'll post some videos here when it's finished. ^-^
Next to that the future of the upcoming The Stranger episodes are unknown as I will leave to Canada for an internship.
It''s gonna be long days so I don't know if I will have the energy or time to do something on my hobbies, but I will do my best. I'll be gone from february till august so that is a long time.
So there is a possibility I won't release anything in a while.
Things I won;t be working on in that time are:
* Voice acting - Not for the projects I;m in or auditioning. However, I might have the chance to voice act in the studio, but I think that will solely be for work.
* Singing - Same as voice acting
Things I might be working on
* Composing - I still hope to compose for audioplays as well as making practice songs. Though this depends on the time that's left.
* Mixing - Might have time for some mixing on the Stranger. I hope so as I don't want to delay it with 6 months.
Things I will be working on
* Script writing. - I'll change the scripts I have so far for the Stranger as well as write new ones. \
* Writing on the blog - I'll have a separate blog about my adventures in Canada. Keep an eye out if you're interested. (still to be created though)
Working on composing now. I listened to the whole episode again and decided to use only 2 songs.. There is one scene that doesn't need a song, but only a few tones to introduce the scene.
So yeah, that will be my homework for today xD After that I really have to start on school homework and voice acting projects.
Managed to mix episode 3! It took a while as sony vegas crashed so many times, but luckily it gave me time to render everything.. without mistakes! So I could finish the last part and didn't have to redo much either (a really small part)
Now composing is left to do, but due to school (composing and recording) I can't focus much on that until fall break starts. So I will finish the project in fall break for sure!
I'm sorry guys that it takes so long with the projects.
I'm in the middle of my school project, but it drains my energy.
Whenever I am home I only think about my abroad internship which I do in february -> I still have so much to arrange (visa, student loan, insurances) and the teachers don't help much either =.= (they ignore my messages) so I'm kind of stressing already.
I dunno why this motivation problem persists, but I hope to be back in the game quickly. In two weeks I have fall break so I hope I feel much better then and can release episode 3! =)
I'm okay with losing half of the episode now. This means I can balance the audio more of that part and I realized it shouldn't take that long as I have an example to follow exactly, so it's only recreating.
I do have a horrible cold now though, that kept me away from my laptop. It's still not over (I actually feel sicker than before) so I can not work on the Stranger just yet. I think somewhere next week! =)

Edit: Uploading a preview from the first 90 seconds really soon. I only notcied that sony vegas starts crashing again while I'm in a new document and only have 8 files opened. I think the corrupted rendered thing is clashing with sony vegas or one of my voice actor's files is not working properly o.o Guess I'll change the format in audacity in order to prevent it
I'm furious! Thanks to that piece of shit of a sony vegas I have to redo half of the episode!! I worked HOURS on that to make it perfect, but thanks to a wrong unknown rendering mistake it's basically all gone. Can't re-render it either as it crashes the moment I click on the project so I was 'lucky' to have rendered some of it.
Thanks a lot sony vegas.. thank you for delaying this episode again.
Sony vegas hates me! I managed to work through its crashes but now the crashes makes working on episode 3 impossible =( It crashes after 10 seconds and even crashes during rendering. Even if he survives the rendering or anything then it messes up all audio and sound effects and mutes certain pieces randomly afterwards which makes it impossible to continue with.
I managed to render the 9 minutes I have now in two parts (THANK GOD!), but this does mean I can't edit the volumes of the voices or sound effects anymore =( if something is unbalanced in the end, then sorry about that
I've got all lines in! Thanks to the understudy for Raina. She sent in her lines within a week ^^
So, all I have to do now is mix the last intense scene, record a few sound effects, add footsteps and compose music for the scenes that needs it and done!
Next to that I have asked for a few redo's, so I hope to get those soon as well.
I don't know when it'll be released but it will be at least this month ^^
We are back! Episode 3 will be released in a few weeks.
The understudy for Raina will step in for episode 3 and then the original voice actress will return for episode 4 and onwards ^-^
It's sadly on hold for now. The voice actress for Raina has to deal with her personal life and thus she is taking a small break from voice acting. So we'll wait for her until she is ready to send in lines. It's very unfortunate and I'm very sorry to the people who have been waiting on episode 3 , especially the cast from episode 3.
In the meantime some people have sent in their lines already for episode 4. Once Raina is back, I hope we can pick up the pace ^-^
So, yeah.. other update. Don't have to wait for my music packs anymore. Got them and installed them succesfully, so when I have all the lines I'll work on the music ASAP.
I'm fuming. I thought I would get these packs 2 weeks ago. Now I received an email from the company I ordered it from saying it arrives in 2 weeks... *fall*
I'm not happy, not happy at all. Who says those packs will arrive in 2 weeks. I bet it will be delayed again.
This means episode 3 will be delayed with at least 3 WEEKS! I'm so sorry guys, I don't like it either.
My plans of working on my portfolio in my vacation or helping someone out with composing have to be shoved aside as well. When the packs arrive my vacation is practically over ^^;;
Waiting for a new mouse.. I ordered one but it took longer than expected. My previous one died in 1 month already... It should be here tomorrow I hope, but I just can't mix without a mouse x.x So I haven't mixed anything yet. Only the previously on which I made before. Makes me feel bad as some voice actors rushed to get their lines in.
Also I am waiting for an elicencer so I can finally use my new cubase for the music and i'm waiting on my new east west packs for the instruments. And you can guess, those are delayed =.= With one or two weeks.
Next to that I'm waiting for lines from Raina as her voice actress needed more time due to some things. Don't know when those will be in.
So the episode will probably be delayed with 1 -2 weeks!
When I have everything in I'll try to get it done as fast as I can =)
Things go slow at the moment. Can't bring myself to do anything especially now it's vacation. Especially writing scripts and drawing. (so tired all the time =( )
Episode 3 is on it's way though with the deadline for the voice actors in a few days.
Devil May Cry 3 fandub has a nice progress too: Mission 14 and 15 are both short as well as 17 and 18 so we can speed through these missions to the end ^-^
